【SIM USER GUIDE】
l Activate Time Zone GMT+8, before 23:59 count as first day, 00:00 onwards as next day
l ONLY insert SIM upon arrival at the destination
l FREE SIM PIN to eject SIM tray
l Change or Insert SIM into SIM slot 1 ONLY
l Ensure ROAMING and DATA are both ON
l Ensure WIFI and FLIGHT MODE are both OFF
l Patiently wait for FEW minutes, allow the SIM card to connect with the assigned local network automatically.
【TROUBLESHOOTING】
Turn OFF mobile device; Eject SIM; Reinsert SIM; Restart device
Go through INSTRUCTION again
Manually select network connection (Check network settings from QR code shown on the package or from PRODUCT DESCRIPTION)
- Apple IOS: Setting > Cellular or Mobile > Network Selection > Turn OFF auto search network > choose assigned network
- Android: Setting > Connections > Mobile Networks > Turn OFF auto search network > choose assigned network
Manually set APN (Check APN settings from QR code shown on the package)
- Apple IOS: Settings > Cellular / Mobile > Cellular Data Options / Mobile Data Options > Cellular Data Network / Mobile Data Network > Fill in APN Only, Username & PW NOT required
- Android: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names> Add NEW > Fill in APN and any Username Only

l Dial *#06# to check eSIM compatif EID serial number shown, it supports eSIM. Buyers are required to be responsible for their device that supports eSIM.
l Buyers using mobile devices designed for Mainland China, even if it supports eSIM, within Mainland China, it can only support eSIMs provided by local telecommunications providers in Mainland China.
l Devices that are not Mainland China specs do not have such restriction.
l Do not install the eSIM before arriving at your destination or use it in countries or regions outside the coverage area

l Each eSIM QR code can only be scanned and installed once. Once it is bound to a mobile device, it cannot be changed or switched to another device. Unless you have confirmed that you have finished using it, do not delete or remove it; otherwise, you will not be able to re-scan and reinstall it again
l Scan eSIM QR code and install eSIM upon arrival at the destination
l Ensure Mobile Data or WIFI are available for eSIM installation
l Do not switch or exit the current installation interface to avoid errors occurring or process failure, while installing the eSIM
l Installing eSIM:
l iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Set Up Cellular or Add eSIM > Use QR Code or Open Photos > Activate eSIM
l Android: Settings > Connections or Network & Internet > Mobile Network or SIM Manager > Add eSIM > Activate eSIM
