What do I need to know before buying an eSIM?
I've completed my purchase, but I don't know how to set it up and activate it?

[💡 Important Information Before Purchase]
- Please check whether your mobile device is compatible before purchasing
- Please install and download while connected to Wi-Fi*Access is activated immediately upon download; please note the download time
- One eSIM QR code can only be [scanned once] and cannot be reused.Invalid immediately after scanning and installation。
- After completing installation by scanning the code, please do not uninstall it yourself。【Deleting means the plan becomes invalid; do not delete it manually yourself]
- Please join the plan and activate it within 90 days of placing your order (if the plan is not used within 90 days, it will automatically expire)
- Once Option 1 has been used, returns and refunds can only be processed if customer service determines that the service itself is faulty. ReturnRefund processing takes 15–20 business days (excluding holidays); if customer service determines it was due to human factors, a replacement QR code must be resent,A handling fee of 30 yuan will be charged
- According to current Taiwan regulations, products in digital content form (such as e-books, music, videos, games, and apps) are not subject to the "7-day appreciation period required for online shopping services." To protect your rights, we recommend checking whether your phone supports eSIM before making a purchase; however, in line with our customer service principles, if you need a return due to product defects (such as an excessively high error rate) or technical issues, or for other non-malicious reasons, we are still happy to provide a refund and resolve any issues encountered as quickly as possible.

Due to regional sales policies, Samsung phones and Apple iPhones sold in China, Hong Kong, and Macau cannot use eSIM. Please be sure to take note.
How can I check whether my phone supports eSIM?
You can use [*#06#] to check whether eSIM is supported. The checking method is as follows:
- Open the dial screen
- Enter *#06#
- If an EID barcode or text appears, it means the phone supports eSIM.
- Even this method cannot be guaranteed 100% effective / If you are unsure, please ask the original manufacturer of the phone you purchased

★For iPHONE devices [Scan QR code to activate ]

- Open the native camera and scan your eSIM QR code
- Click "Continue" to agree to enable the camera eSIM
- Click "Continue" to download and install the eSIM
- Completed, eSIM validity period starts now
- Click the eSIM you just added
- Make sure the eSIM line is turned on and data roaming is enabled
- Confirm that your mobile data network is using an eSIM plan
💡Friendly reminder: If you still can't connect to the internet after setup is complete, please make sure the "APN" is set toFor the "APN" value in the order confirmation email, please refer to "Question 9" for setup instructions.

★For Android devices [Scan QR code to activate]

- Open "Settings" → "Network & Internet"
- Tap the "+" symbol next to the SIM card
- Click "Switch to Download SIM Card"
- Tap "Continue" at the bottom of the screen
- Scan your eSIM QR code
- Tap "Download" at the bottom of the screen
- Done, click "Settings"
- Tap the eSIM you just added
- Turn on "Use SIM Card" to start the eSIM timer
