What do I need to know before purchasing an eSIM?

I completed the purchase but don’t know how to enable it?

Come and take a look at the following difficult and complicated problems related to eSIM!

【💡Information before purchasing】

  1. Please check whether the mobile device can be used before purchasing
  2. Please install and download when there is an Internet connection* Download and activate immediately. Please pay attention to the download time
  3. An eSIM QRCODE can only be scanned once and cannot be reused. It will become invalid after being scanned and installed.
  4. After scanning the QR code to install, please do not uninstall yourself. [Deletion means that the plan is invalid, please do not delete it manually]
  5. Please join the plan and start using it within 90 days after placing the order (if the plan is not used for more than 90 days, it will automatically expire)
  6. Once the plan is used, if the customer service staff determines that the service itself is faulty, returns and refunds can be made. ReturnsThe refund processing days are 15-20 working days (excluding holidays); if the customer service determines that Due to human factors, Qrcode must be sent back, and a handling fee of 30 yuan will be charged

Please note that eSIM cannot be used on Samsung mobile phones and Apple iPhones sold in China, Hong Kong and Macau due to regional sales policies.

How to check whether your mobile phone supports eSIM?

You can use the [*#06#] method to check whether eSIM is supported. The check method is as follows:

  1. Open the dialing screen
  2. Enter *#06#
  3. If the EID barcode or text appears, it means that the phone supports eSIM.
  4. This is not guaranteed to be 100% effective/If you are not sure, please ask the original manufacturer of the mobile phone you purchased

★For iPHONE devices [Scan QRcode to enable]


    1. Open the native camera and scan your eSIM QRcode
    2. Click "Continue" to agree to the camera enabling eSIM
    3. Click "Continue" to download and install eSIM
    4. Completed, eSIM time starts
    5. Click on the eSIM you just added
    6. Confirm that the eSIM number is enabled and data roaming is enabled
    7. Confirm that your mobile data network uses the eSIM solution

      💡Tips: If you still cannot connect to the Internet after completing the settings path, please confirm that "APN" has been set to the "APN" value of the order letter. For operation settings, please see "Question 9"

★For Android devices [Scan QRcode to enable]


    1. Open "Settings" → "Network & Internet"
    2. Click the "+" symbol next to the SIM card
    3. Click "Download SIM card instead"
    4. Click "Continue" at the bottom of the screen
    5. Scan your eSIM QR code
    6. Click "Download" at the bottom of the screen
    7. Done, click "Settings"
    8. Click on the eSIM you just added
    9. Turn on "Use SIM Card" and the eSIM time will start counting

      💡Tips: If you are still unable to connect to the Internet after completing the settings , please confirm that "APN" has been set to the "APN" value of the order letter. For operation settings, please see "Question 9"
