What do I need to know before buying an eSIM?
I’ve completed my purchase, but I don’t know how to set it up and activate it?

【💡Pre-Purchase Notes】
- Please check whether your phone can use it before purchasing
- Please install and download while connected to wifi. Do not use your own mobile data or a hotspot shared from another phone
- *Downloading to your phone will activate it and start the countdown whether it is turned on or off, so please pay attention to the download time
- One eSIM QRCODE can only be 【scanned once】 and cannot be reused. It becomes invalid after scanning and installation.
- After scanning and installing, please do not uninstall it yourself.【Deleting it means the plan becomes invalid; do not delete it manually】
- Please add the plan and start using it within 90 days after placing the order (if the plan is not used within 90 days, it will automatically expire)
- Once the plan has been used, if customer service determines that the service itself is faulty, returns and refunds may be processed. The returnand refund processing time is 15-20 business days (excluding holidays); if customer service determines the issue was caused by human factors and a Qrcode needs to be resent, aNT$30 handling fee will be charged
- According to current Taiwan regulations, products in the form of digital content (such as e-books, music, videos, games, and apps) are not subject to the “7-day appreciation period for online purchases” restriction. To protect your rights, we recommend checking whether your phone supports eSIM before payment and purchase; however, in the spirit of customer service, if there is a return request for non-malicious reasons such as product defects (for example, a high error rate) or technical issues, we are still happy to provide a refund and resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
How can I check whether my phone supports eSIM?
You can use 【*#06#】 to check whether eSIM is supported. The steps are as follows:
- Open the dial screen
- Enter *#06#
- If an EID barcode or text appears, it means the phone supports eSIM.
- This method cannot guarantee 100% accuracy / If you are unsure, please ask the original phone manufacturer

★For iPHONE devices [Scan QR code to activate ]

- Go to Settings - Mobile Service - Add esim, then scan your eSIM QRcode
- Tap “Continue” and agree to activate eSIM
- Tap Replace Mobile Data Only
- Done, eSIM time starts counting
- Tap the eSIM you just added
- Make sure the eSIM number is turned on and Data Roaming is enabled
- Confirm that your mobile data network is using the eSIM plan
- 💡Reminder: If you still cannot connect to the internet after setup is complete, please confirm that “APN” has been set to match the “APN” in the order confirmation email
★For Android devices [Scan QR code to activate]

- Open “Settings” → “Network & Internet”
- Tap the “+” symbol next to SIM card
- Tap “Download a SIM instead”
- Tap “Continue” at the bottom of the screen
- Scan your eSIM QR code
- Tap “Download” at the bottom of the screen
- Done, tap “Settings”
- Tap the eSIM you just added
- Turn on “Use SIM,” and the eSIM time will start counting
