• After the order is completed , the system will send the QR code to the email address you provided within 10 minutes.
• The purchased data can also be activated within 90 days from the scheduled departure date.

• The validity period of the 24-hour / 48-hour data package starts from the activation of the data service and can be used continuously for 24 hours / 48 hours.
• Scanning the QR code activates the data and starts the timer. Except for the 24-hour / 48-hour data packages, data calculation is based on Taiwan time (GMT+8) from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 as one day. Any partial day is counted as a full day.
• ESIMFUN is only applicable to phones that support eSIM, but cannot be used on WiFi hotspots.
• To maintain user quality , hotspot sharing is not recommended.
• Using 4G service requires a phone or device that supports 4G frequency bands. Network service depends on the coverage of the designated network operator, system compatibility, or other network-related factors.
• The actual data transmission speed may vary depending on the network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors at the time.
• Network operators are automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
• One eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once per device. After downloading and binding, please do not change or delete it arbitrarily. If the eSIM becomes unusable, replacement or refund will not be provided.
