Note:

• Scan the QR code or click the activation link to activate the data plan and start the time calculation. Except for 24-hour / 48-hour data plans, data usage is calculated as one day from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 Taiwan time (GMT+8). Any period less than one day is also counted as one day.

• After the order is completed, the system will send the QR code to the email address you entered within 10 minutes
• The purchased data can also be activated within  90 days from the scheduled departure date.

• If customers need to change the departure date, the purchased data can also be activated within 90 days from the scheduled departure date.
• The validity period of the 24-hour / 48-hour data plan is calculated from the time the data service is activated, and can be used continuously for 24 hours / 48 hours.
• ESIMFUN  is only suitable for phones that support eSIM, and cannot be used on WiFi hotspots.
• To use 4G service, a phone or device that supports 4G bands is required. Network service availability depends on the designated carrier's network coverage, system compatibility, or other network-related factors.
• The actual data transmission speed will vary depending on current network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors.
• The carrier is automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
• An eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once by one device. After binding the download, do not replace or delete it at will. If this causes the eSIM to become unusable, replacement and refund will not be provided.
