• The purchased data can also be activated within 90 days from the scheduled departure date.
• The validity period for the 24-hour / 48-hour data plans is counted from the moment the data service is activated and can be used continuously for 24 hours / 48 hours.
• Scanning the QR code activates the data and starts the timer. Except for the 24-hour / 48-hour data plans, data is calculated by Taiwan time (GMT+8) from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 as one day. Partial days are counted as a full day.
• ESIMFUN is only compatible with phones that support eSIM and cannot be used in portable WiFi hotspots.
• To maintain quality for all users，hotspot sharing is not recommended。
• Using 4G services requires a phone or device that supports the relevant 4G frequency bands. Network service availability depends on the coverage of the designated carriers, system compatibility, and other network-related factors.
• Actual data transmission speeds may vary depending on network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors.
• Carriers are automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
• One eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once per device. After downloading and binding, do not change or delete it casually. If the eSIM becomes unusable due to such actions, it cannot be replaced or refunded.
