Note:

• After the order is completed, the system will send the QR code to the email address you entered within 10 minutes.
• The purchased data can also be activated within  90 days from the scheduled departure date.
• The validity period of the 24-hour / 48-hour data package starts when the data service is activated and can be used continuously for 24 hours / 48 hours.
• Scanning the QR code or clicking the activation link activates the data and starts the countdown. Except for the 24-hour / 48-hour data packages, data usage is counted as one day from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 Taiwan time (GMT+8). Any period less than one day is still counted as one day.
• ESIMFUN  is only compatible with phones that support eSIM and cannot be used on WiFi hotspots.
• To maintain service quality for users    , hotspot sharing is not recommended.
• Using 4G service requires a phone or device that supports 4G bands. Network service availability depends on the designated carrier’s coverage, system compatibility, or other network-related factors.
• The actual data transmission speed may vary depending on current network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors.
• The carrier is automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
• One eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once by one device. After it is downloaded and bound, do not change or delete it at will. If this causes the eSIM to become unusable, it cannot be replaced or refunded.
