Note:

• After the order is completed, the system will send the QR code to the email address you entered within 10 minutes
• The purchased data can also be activated within  90 days from the scheduled departure date.
• If the customer needs to change the departure date, the purchased data can also be activated within 90 days from the scheduled departure date.
• The validity period of the 24-hour / 48-hour data package starts from the activation of the data service and can be used continuously for 24 hours / 48 hours.
• Scanning the QR code activates the data and starts the time count. Except for the 24-hour / 48-hour data package, data is calculated as one day from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 Taiwan time (GMT+8). Anything less than one day is still counted as one day.
• ESIMFUN  is only applicable to phones that support eSIM, but cannot be used on a WiFi egg.
• To use 4G service, the phone or device must support 4G bands. Network service conditions depend on the designated carrier’s network coverage, system compatibility, or other related network factors.
• The actual data transfer speed will vary depending on current network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors.
• The carrier is automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
  
• One eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once on one device. After the download is linked, please do not switch or delete it arbitrarily. If this causes the eSIM to become unusable, it cannot be replaced or refunded.
