Scanning the QR code means the data has been activated and the timing starts. Except for the 24-hour / 48-hour data plans, data is calculated as one day from Taiwan time (GMT+8) 00:00:00 to 23:59:59. Any period shorter than one day is also counted as one day.

• After the order is completed   , the system will send the QR code to the email address you entered within 10 minutes.
• The purchased data can also be activated within  90 days from the scheduled departure date.
• The validity period of the 24-hour / 48-hour data plan starts when the data service is activated and can be used continuously for 24 hours / 48 hours.

• To maintain user quality   , hotspot sharing is not recommended.
• Using 4G service requires a phone or device that supports 4G bands. Network service availability depends on the designated carrier's coverage, system compatibility, or other network-related factors.
• The actual data transfer speed may vary depending on current network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors.
• The carrier is automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
• One eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once on one device. After it is bound, please do not change or delete it arbitrarily. If the eSIM becomes unusable as a result, replacement and refunds will not be available.
