• After the order is completed   , the system will send the QR code to the email address you entered within 10 minutes.
• The purchased data can also be activated within  90 days from the scheduled departure date.
• The validity period of the 24-hour / 48-hour data package starts from the activation of the data service and can be used continuously for 24 hours / 48 hours.
• Scanning the QR code activates the data and starts the time calculation. Except for the 24-hour / 48-hour data packages, data usage is calculated as one day from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 Taiwan time (GMT+8). Any period less than one day is also counted as one day.
• ESIMFUN  is only compatible with phones that support eSIM, and cannot be used on WiFi routers.
• To maintain service quality for users   , hotspot sharing is not recommended.
• Using 4G service requires a phone or device that supports 4G bands and standards. Network service availability depends on the network coverage of the designated carrier, system compatibility, and other related network factors.
• The actual data transmission speed may vary depending on current network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors.
• The carrier is automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
• One eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once by one device. After it has been bound to a device, do not change or delete it arbitrarily. If the eSIM becomes unusable as a result, it cannot be replaced or refunded.
