• After the order is completed, the system will send the QR code to the email address you provided within 10 minutes

• The purchased data can also be activated within  90 days from the scheduled departure date.

• This plan is not eligible for promotions
• If the customer needs to change the departure date, the purchased data can also be activated within 90 days from the scheduled departure date.
• The validity period of the 24-hour / 48-hour data package is calculated from the start of the data service activation, and it can be used continuously for 24 hours / 48 hours.
• Except for the 24-hour / 48-hour data package, data usage is calculated as one day from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 Taiwan time (GMT+8). Any period less than one day is also counted as one day.
• ESIMFUN  is only compatible with phones that support eSIM, and cannot be used on WiFi hotspots.
• To use 4G service, you need a phone or device that supports 4G bands. Network service conditions depend on the designated network operator's coverage, system compatibility, and other network-related factors.
• The actual data transfer speed will vary depending on current network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors.
• The network operator is automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
  
• One eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once on one device. After it is bound, please do not replace or delete it at will. If this causes the eSIM to become unusable, exchanges and refunds will not be available.
