• After the order is completed, the system will send the QR code to the email address you provided within 10 minutes.
• The purchased data can also be activated within  90 days from the scheduled departure date.
• The validity period of the 24-hour / 48-hour data package starts from the time the data service is activated, and it can be used continuously for 24 hours / 48 hours.
• Scanning the QR code activates the data and starts the countdown. Except for the 24-hour / 48-hour data packages, data usage is calculated by Taiwan time (GMT+8) from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 as one day. Any part of a day is counted as one full day.
• ESIMFUN  is only compatible with phones that support eSIM, and cannot be used on portable Wi-Fi devices.
• To maintain service quality, hotspot sharing is not recommended.
• Using 4G service requires a phone or device that supports 4G frequency bands and standards. Network service availability depends on the designated carrier's coverage, system compatibility, or other network-related factors.
• Actual data transfer speeds may vary depending on current network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors.
• The carrier is automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
• One eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once on one device. After it has been bound to the device, please do not change or delete it at will. If this causes the eSIM to become unusable, exchanges and refunds will not be available.
