• The validity period for the 24-hour / 48-hour data plans starts from the moment the data service is activated and can be used continuously for 24 hours / 48 hours.
• Scanning the QR code activates the data and starts the timing. Except for the 24-hour / 48-hour data plans, data usage is calculated by Taiwan time (GMT+8) from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 as one day. Partial days are counted as a full day.
• ESIMFUN is only compatible with phones that support eSIM and cannot be used on WiFi hotspots.
• To use 4G service, a phone or device that supports the 4G frequency bands is required. Network service depends on the designated carrier's coverage, system compatibility, or other network-related factors.
• Actual data transmission speeds may vary depending on network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors.
• Carriers are automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
• One eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once per device. After downloading and binding, do not casually change or delete it. If the eSIM becomes unusable as a result, it cannot be replaced or refunded.
