Scanning the QR code activates the data and starts the timing. Except for the 24-hour / 48-hour data plans, data usage is counted by Taiwan time (GMT+8) from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 as one day. Any period less than one day is also counted as one day.

• After the order is completed , the system will send the QR code to the email address you entered within 10 minutes.
• The purchased data can also be activated within 90 days from the scheduled departure date.
• The valid period for the 24-hour / 48-hour data plans starts from activation and can be used continuously for 24 hours / 48 hours.

• ESIMFUN  is only compatible with phones that support eSIM, and cannot be used on WiFi routers.

• Using 4G service requires a phone or device that supports 4G bands and standards. Network service availability depends on the selected carrier's coverage, system compatibility, and other network-related factors.
• The actual data transmission speed may vary depending on current network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors.
• The carrier is automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
• Each eSIM can be scanned and downloaded once by one device only. After downloading and binding, do not change or delete it casually. If the eSIM becomes unusable as a result, replacement and refunds will not be available.
