This is a physical SIM card, which we will send via convenience stores (7-11/FamilyMart). After placing the order, please fill in the remarks (order instructions) with 1. Recipient's name 2. Recipient's phone number 3. Recipient's convenience store name/store number/address

Notes:

• • Insert the card upon arrival and enable data roaming and mobile data, wait 3~5 minutes to connect to the local base station to start using.
  • Except for the 24-hour / 48-hour data plans, data usage is calculated based on Taiwan time (GMT+8) from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 as one day. Any partial day is counted as a full day.
    
  • For dual SIM slot phones, please insert the card into the first slot.
  • To maintain user quality hotspot sharing is not recommended.
  • Using 4G service requires a phone or device that supports 4G frequency bands. Network service quality depends on the designated network operator’s coverage, system compatibility, or other network-related factors.
  • Please do not use the SIM card in countries without coverage to avoid SIM card lock due to abnormal usage.
  • Actual data transmission speeds may vary depending on network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors.
  • Network operators are automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
