• After the order is completed   , the system will send the QR code to the email address you entered within 10 minutes.
• The purchased data can also be activated within  90 days from the scheduled departure date.

• The validity period of the 24-hour / 48-hour data package is counted from the start of data service activation, and it can be used continuously for 24 hours / 48 hours.
• Scanning the QR code means the data is activated and the time starts counting. Except for the 24-hour / 48-hour data package, data usage is calculated as one day from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 Taiwan time (GMT+8). Any period less than one day is also counted as one day.
• ESIMFUN  is only suitable for phones that support eSIM, and cannot be used on WiFi hotspots.
• To maintain service quality for users   , hotspot sharing is not recommended.
• Using 4G service requires a phone or device that supports 4G frequency bands. Network service availability depends on the network coverage of the designated carrier, system compatibility, and other network-related factors.
• The actual data transmission speed will vary depending on the current network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors.
• The carrier is automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
• One eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once on one device. After downloading and binding, please do not change or delete it at will. If the eSIM becomes unusable as a result, replacement and refunds will not be available.
