• After the order is completed, the system will send the QR code to the email address you entered within 10 minutes.
• The purchased data can also be activated within  90 days from the scheduled departure date.
• The validity period of the 24-hour / 48-hour data package starts when the data service is activated, and it can be used continuously for 24 hours / 48 hours.
• Scanning the QR code activates the data service and starts the countdown; except for the 24-hour / 48-hour data package, data usage is counted by Taiwan time (GMT+8), from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 as one day. Any period less than one day is still counted as one day.
• ESIMFUN  is only suitable for phones that support eSIM, and cannot be used on WiFi devices.
• To maintain service quality  , hotspot sharing is not recommended.
• Using 4G service requires a phone or device that supports 4G bands and standards. Network service conditions depend on the network coverage of the designated carrier, system compatibility, or other network-related factors.
• The actual data transfer speed will vary depending on current network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors.
• The carrier is automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
• One eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once on one device. After download binding, please do not change or delete it at will. If the eSIM becomes unusable as a result, replacement and refunds will not be provided.
