• If the customer needs to change the departure date, the purchased data can also be activated within 90 days from the scheduled departure date.
• The validity period of the 24-hour / 48-hour data package is calculated from the time the data service is activated, and it can be used continuously for 24 hours / 48 hours.
• Scanning the QR code activates the data and starts the countdown. Except for the 24-hour / 48-hour data package, data usage is calculated as one day from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 Taiwan time (GMT+8). Any period less than one day is still counted as one day.
• ESIMFUN  is only suitable for phones that support eSIM, and cannot be used on a WiFi hotspot device.
• Using 4G service requires a phone or device that supports 4G frequency bands. Network service conditions depend on the network coverage of the designated carrier, system compatibility, and other network-related factors.
• The actual data transfer speed may vary depending on current network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors.
• The carrier is automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
• An eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once by one device. After it is bound to a device, please do not change or delete it arbitrarily. If this causes the eSIM to become unusable, exchanges and refunds will not be available.
