• The validity period for the 24-hour / 48-hour data packages starts from the activation of the data service and can be used continuously for 24 hours / 48 hours.
• Scanning the QR code activates the data and starts the timer. Except for the 24-hour / 48-hour data packages, data usage is calculated based on Taiwan time (GMT+8) from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 as one day. Any partial day is counted as a full day.
• ESIMFUN is only applicable to phones that support eSIM and cannot be used on WiFi hotspots.
• Using 4G service requires a phone or device that supports the 4G frequency bands. Network service depends on the coverage of the designated network provider, system compatibility, or other network-related factors.
• Actual data transmission speeds may vary depending on network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors.
• Network providers are automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
• One eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once per device. After downloading and binding, do not change or delete it arbitrarily. If the eSIM becomes unusable, no replacement or refund will be provided.
