- Purchased data can be activated within 90 daysfrom the scheduled departure date.
- The validity of 24-hour / 48-hour data plans starts from the activation of data service and can be used continuously for 24 hours / 48 hours.
- Scan the QR code to activate data, start timing, except for 24-hour / 48-hour data plans, data calculation is based on Taiwan time (GMT+8) 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 as one day. Partial days count as a full day.
- ESIMFUN Only applicable to phones that support eSIM, but cannot be used on WiFi hotspots.
- To maintain user quality , hotspot sharing is not recommended.
- Using 4G service requires a phone or device that supports 4G frequency bands. Network service depends on the designated carrier's coverage, system compatibility, or other network-related factors.

- Carriers are automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
- One eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once per device. After download and binding, do not change or delete it arbitrarily. If the eSIM becomes unusable, replacement or refund is not available.
