• After the order is completed  ,the system will send the QR code to the email address you provided within 10 minutes.
• Purchased data can also be activated within 90 days from your scheduled departure date.
• The validity period for the 24-hour / 48-hour data plan starts from the moment the data service is activated and can be used continuously for 24 hours / 48 hours.
• Scanning the QR code activates the data, and starts the usage period, except for the 24-hour / 48-hour data plans, data usage is counted by Taiwan time (GMT+8) from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 as one day. Any part of a day is counted as one full day.
• ESIMFUN Only compatible with phones that support eSIM, and cannot be used on WiFi hotspots.
• To maintain service quality  , hotspot sharing is not recommended.
• To use 4G service, your phone or device must support 4G bands. Network service availability depends on the designated carrier’s coverage, system compatibility, and other network-related factors.
• Actual data transmission speed may vary depending on current network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors.
• The carrier is assigned automatically by the system based on resource availability.
• One eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once on one device. After it is bound, do not replace or delete it casually. If the eSIM becomes unusable as a result, no replacement or refund will be provided.
