• After the order is completed, the system will send the QR code to the email address you entered within 10 minutes.
• The purchased data can also be activated within  90 days from the scheduled departure date.
• The validity period of the 24-hour / 48-hour data package is counted from the time the data service is activated, and it can be used continuously for 24 hours / 48 hours.
• Scanning the QR code will activate the data, or click the activation link to start the countdown. Except for the 24-hour / 48-hour data package, data usage is counted by Taiwan time (GMT+8) from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 as one day. Anything less than a full day is still counted as one day.
• ESIMFUN  is only compatible with phones that support eSIM, and cannot be used on a WiFi hotspot device.
• To maintain user quality  , hotspot sharing is not recommended.
• Using 4G service requires a phone or device that supports 4G frequency bands. Network service conditions depend on the network coverage, system compatibility, or other related network factors of the designated carrier.
• The actual data transmission speed may vary depending on current network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors.
• The carrier is automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
• One eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once on one device. After it is bound, please do not replace or delete it at will. If the eSIM becomes unusable as a result, it cannot be replaced or refunded.
